Palm Sports Retail – Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original tags must remain attached

  • Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

This aligns with the right of withdrawal under EU and Spanish consumer law. 

How to Return

You have two return options:

1. In-Person Returns

Returns can be dropped at our designated Palm Sports Retail locations.

2. Returns by Post

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once items have been received and inspected

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of return

  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method

We work in accordance with the Spanish consumer law. 

Your Legal Rights 

  • You have the right to request a refund on your online order within 14 days without giving a reason

  • You then have 14 days to return the goods after notifying us 

  • Accepted refunds will include the full purchase price and standard delivery costs

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn or used

  • Items without original tags

  • Any items damaged after delivery

These exclusions are permitted under EU consumer law. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you
