Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

  • You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection

Click & Collect

We offer free Click & Collect from three Palm Sports Retail locations:

  • A specific collection time will be arranged after your order is placed

  • Orders must be collected at the confirmed time window

  • Please bring your order confirmation when collecting

We keep this tight to ensure a smooth, premium experience across locations.

Local Delivery (Within 10km)

  • Available within a 10km radius of each collection location

  • Delivery timeframe: 1–3 business days

  • Delivery windows may vary depending on route scheduling

This is a local service, designed for convenience. It is not on-demand delivery.

Standard Shipping (Mainland Spain Only)

We currently ship to mainland Spain only using:

  • SEUR

  • Correos

Estimated delivery time:

  • 2–5 business days after dispatch

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

Important Shipping Information

  • Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for carrier delays

  • Ensure your delivery details are correct — we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch

  • If delivery is missed, re-delivery may be subject to carrier policies and additional charges

Legal Compliance (Spain & EU)

  • Delivery timelines are provided in line with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU)

  • Under Spanish law, orders must be delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed

  • Risk transfers to the customer once goods are delivered successfully
